Welcome to ApnaDr. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and mobile application for booking doctor appointments.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ApnaDr, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

ApnaDr is a platform that enables users to book in-person appointments with registered and verified medical professionals. We are not a healthcare provider and do not offer medical advice or diagnosis.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering or booking an appointment.
• You agree to respect the appointment time and not misuse the booking system.
• Accounts found providing false information or spamming may be suspended without notice.

4. Appointment Booking & Cancellation

• Appointments can be booked via the app or website.
• Currently, ApnaDr does not support cancellations or refunds after an appointment is confirmed.
• Make sure to confirm your availability before booking.

5. Fees and Payments

A minimal platform usage fee is charged per booking. This fee is clearly shown during the booking process and is non-refundable after confirmation.

6. Limitation of Liability

ApnaDr is not responsible for medical services provided by the doctor or any outcome of the consultation. We are only a facilitator. Any issues with treatment must be addressed directly with the medical professional.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and design on ApnaDr is owned by us and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy or reproduce any content without permission.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Saran, Bihar.
